Business Hours:

Online parts ordering available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. [If you can order your part(s) and wait a few days for them to arrive, use our live assistance and save 10 percent! We also can save shipping charges in some cases. [You must p/u your part at our parts pickup center. All parts must be paid for in advance.] 


Winter Hours: (September through April) Available for over-the-phone consultation or to order parts with "live" assistance- 8:00-6:00pm Monday - Friday For onsite repairs and field work- 10:00-4:00pm Monday - Friday 


Summer Hours: (May through August) Available for over-the-phone consultation or to order parts with "live" assistance- 8:00-6:00pm Monday - Friday For onsite repairs and field work- 6:00-12:00 Noon (Because of the extreme heat potential here in the Desert Southwest.)

**Extended Warranty Information: Because of the added time and expense to our company when a consumer uses an extended warranty plan we must charge a higher shop/service rate in order to avoid passing these expenses on to you- the consumer. These added expenses are research and paperwork, additional visit(s) out to your location and many times, additional verification(s) that may not be concluded over the phone. In-spite of the increased fees, some expenses may not be covered by your plan. These charges must unavoidably be passed on to you. We are sorry for this but 30 minute jobs have taken 3 hours because of the use of the extended warranty program. Several jobs have been on hold for a week or more as we are forced to defend your (the policy holder) claim(s).
